WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana, frozen and sliced

¾ cup wholegrain rolled oats

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 tbsp date syrup

1 tsp spirulina

1 tsp blackcurrant powder

Water to fill
LET'S GET COOKING
